The Juwel Nitrax Sponge Set contains one sponge block designed to greatly reduce levels of nitrate. Buried inside the sponge is a capsule which dissolves when used and populates the sponge with friendly nitrate-consuming bacteria.

The Jumbo (or Bioflow 8.0) size filter media are compatible with the following aquariums;

Vision 450
Rio 400
Trigon 350
