- All items purchased via the Totally Tropicals website are sent via Royal Mail 2nd class post or Next Day Courier service, dependant on the weight of the items being sent. Items are normally dispatched within 1 working day and orders made before 11am (Mon-Fri) are usually dispatched the same day. Typically, delivery times are 2-5 days from dispatch for second class post or 1 working day for courier delivery. Items that are lost or damaged in transit are subject to our refund/replacement policies below.

- Totally Tropicals is committed to the privacy and security of our customers and website users at all times. Below is a breakdown of our individual policies. By using our website you are agreeing to these policies. Please check back for updates or amendments to these policies.
- Totally Tropicals will not ask you for any personal information in order to access our site. Some optional features may require additional information, however. These are as follows;
- 1.Purchasing items from our product range (e.g. payment information/delivery details).
- 2. Taking part in our online promotions/competitions (e.g. contact info).
- 3. Sending questions or comments that require a response (e.g. email address)
- 4. Registering with our online shop (e.g. contact information/delivery details).
- As a result of our use of a third party card processing facility, we do not handle credit or debit card information from the customer. When using such payment methods, all information is processed by the third party over a secure connection.
- All information collected by Totally Tropicals LTD is deemed neccessary to serve our legitimate business purposes. Should you send us any information, we will not share this with any third parties. Sensetive information such as payment details are not kept on record by us or replicated by us in any shape or form.
- Our site may contain links to other sites operated by other individuals. These sites may have different privacy policies, send cookies to your computer or perform other actions for which we are not responsible.
- Returns & Replacements
- All items ordered via the Totally Tropicals website should reach the customer in the same condition you would expect from a highstreet retailer. In the unlikely event that an item purchased from our store is faulty, damaged or has been sent in error, the customer can return the item to us for a replacement or refund at our discretion. Neither of these may be issued until the original item has been returned to us. Items that have been dispatched by us but not received by the customer, can be classed as 'missing' after a period of 10 working days from dispatch. Once classed as missing, these items are subject to the same refund/replacement policy as damaged items. None of these refund/replacement policies affect your statutory rights.
- Ordering & Payment
- Currently, payment is accepted in the form of credit/debit card or Paypal only. All sales are final and may not be cancelled once the transaction is complete. By placing an order with Totally Tropicals, you (the customer) are agreeing to the terms and conditions stated on this page.
- Viewing Orders
- To make the ordering process easier for the customer, Totally Tropicals offers the ability to create an online account with our site. By creating an account with our store, you will be able to move through the checkout process faster, store multiple shipping addresses and also view and track the orders made on your account. All information submitted for this purpose is subject to our strict privacy policies detailed above. Totally Tropicals reserves the right to deny account membership to any individual. We also reserve the right to remove the existing accounts of such persons and delete any information provided by them.
- Updating Account Information
- Information submitted by creating an account with us can be updated by the customer at any time. To alter this information, simply log into your account via the link at the top right of the page and enter the new information. It is recommended that all information be kept up-to-date as often as possible to ensure optimum service.
